Psst… Taylor Swift Concerts Throughout the Years and What to Expect This September

I’ve seen Taylor Swift ,LIVE on stage, every time she’s performed in Colorado since I was 13 years old.

Taylor has a remarkable way of getting you hooked to her music and her sparkling personality. The first time I saw Taylor was when her first album was released with Tim McGraw as a single. It was incredible, I’ve never seen an artist trying so hard at making other people happy. She just aways has that incredible look of awe when she looks out at the audience every time she’s performing.

The Fearless Tour was on April 6th 2009 at the Pepsi Center. It was like going back to the time when Shakespeare wrote, it was almost like a play mixed with a concert and it was the most unique thing I’ve ever seen an artist do.

She still was amazed by the crowd and the screaming. I luckily was in the fourth row at the concert thanks to Kygo who gave us free tickets to see her. She also threw a tea party every concert of hers where she picked the most outgoing fans to come and meet her afterwards she feeds them and hugs them all, which has continued  throughout the years of Taylor’s concerts (even though she’s been getting bigger and bigger)!

Let’s fast forward to the Speak Now Tour also at the Pepsi Center that was held on September 28th 2011.

Taylor Swift Speak Now Tour Denver

This tour Taylor walked through the crowd hugging people. I got hugged and she said she loved my hat. It was slightly different from the last tour because it had a slightly different theme. I met her mom Andrea Swift or as us fans call her “Momma Swift” (she’s one of the sweetest ladies I have met)!

Next up was the RED Tour that was on June 2nd 2013, (also at the Pepsi Center), this concert was changed completely to a circus theme. Ed Sheeran performed first and he was an incredible opening act (plus he’s super cute). Finally it was time for Taylor to come out. She came out behind a big red curtain and it dropped dramatically  once she started singing. She’s kept a few of the same things throughout the years such as her look of awe for crowd, the same bow every show and of course the famous hair flip.

The Red tour was incredible because it was when she fully decided she was switching her music to become more “Pop” (I think). She got carried through the crowd onto this tiny stage in the middle of the audience so the people in the back would be in the front of the audience for a change!

She brought Ed Sheeran back out and he walked through the crowd and I got a hug from his as well on this tour!

They sang “Everything Has Changed” (which was the song the recorded together on Taylor’s album).

She had lots of opportunities to meet her during that tour, sadly I didn’t get picked to meet her (but hey I won a lower prize and got a free pair of Keds)!

Now is the new era of Taylor Swift with her 1989 album. At first I wasn’t sure if I loved or hated her new album but I bought three copies of it and preordered it online as well!

Taylor just knows how to make people fall in love with her and her music and whether it’s a Country genre or the new Pop genre she has catchy lyrics that every female can relate to. People always ask me why I’m so hooked on Taylor Swift  and the truth is she’s a really an incredible role model! I’ve learned a lot from her like to keep bettering yourself, fighting for what you believe in, “speaking up” and that being fearless is living in spite of things that scare you to death!  I think by far the most important thing this lovely women has taught me is that no matter what happens In your life… be good to people because being good to people is a wonderful legacy to leave behind….. and so I leave you guys to think about that last phrase it’s definitely a good quote to keep in mind and to live by.

Taylor Swift will be performing once again this year in Denver at the Pepsi Center this time for her 1989 Tour!
