Psst… Hilltop Annual Garage Sale 2015

This blog allows me to share so many great events and I choose which ones to share carefully.

I always envision my readers. I am always the reader too. It’s the mother side of me who wants to find unique ways to entertain her kids, the shopper in me that loves finding another great opportunity to spend money on items that I will enjoy, while helping local businesses thrive as well. The party girl in me that enjoys the night out, the helper in me that hopes to make a difference for charities and their amazing work and the Coloradoan in me that has grown more and more passionate about the state that has it’s name on her childrens’ birth certificates.

I get to share all these sides of me through other people’s events.

Today I get to share an event that I helped organize as part of Team Denver Homes in Kentwood Real Estate.

An event that helps bring a community together while also benefiting children in need.

The Hilltop Annual Garage Sale is a neighborhood wide garage sale that is currently in it’s second year. Any resident that lives in or around this neighborhood can join in and become a seller. Every Coloradoan that wishes to shop for less and find some great items can now go to one area, browse sale after sale and everyone can donate baby & toddler items to the non-profit charity WeeCycle after the event concludes.

This year, 26 garage sellers are participating!!!

There is an interactive map available that can give you directions on the go (using your smart phone or iPad) and a printable version available as well.

So come up to Hilltop this Sunday for some awesome shopping and helping young children and their families!
