If you know the name Travis Wall that means you are a “So You think You Can Dance” fan like me!
Travis Wall, is an American dancer and dance instructor, specializing in contemporary dance and jazz dance, best known for his 2006 appearance as a competitor on the second season of the television show “So You Think You Can Dance”and currently a choreographer for the show.
Wall, co-created the dance company, Shaping Sound, along with Teddy Forance, Nick Lazzarini and Kyle Robinson.
Shaping Sound is now a stage show with an electrifying mash-up of dance styles and musical genres brought to life by a dynamic company of contemporary dancers. These dancers, some of the best talent on stage right now, starred in their own reality TV show, Oxygen Network’s “All the Right Moves.”
Audiences of all ages will experience the exhilarating collaboration of these visual musicians whose explosive choreography, dynamic rhythm, speed and physical strength give shape and form to sound. Shaping Sound – dance reimagined.
Shaping Sound will perform at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House (for one night only) on Tuesday, January 19th 2016!
The run time of the show is 90 minutes plus a 20 minute intermission.
