Hello 2023!
While we hope you’ve already worked out your New Years Eve plans, have you figured out New Year’s Day? What better way to kick off your 2023 than with everyone’s favorite… BRUNCH! We came up with 9 of our favorite Denver spots to help you get your Sunday Funday on this Jan. 1.
In brunch we trust!
1. ROXY ON BROADWAY
Kicking off our list is The Roxy on Broadway’s New Year’s Day Bubbles & Beats Brunch. From brunch boards, benny’s, mimosas, bloody’s, and good vibes; The Roxy on Broadway is the perfect way to spend a Sunday Funday. Brunch starts at 11 AM so don’t be late!
2. BLUE ISLAND OYSTER BAR
Up next is one of our favorite spots in Denver, Blue Island Oyster Bar.
This January 1 they are serving up a Sunday Funday Happy Hour from 11:30 AM to 3:45 PM (love the specific hours) that you won’t want to miss. Complete with fresh seafood, small plates (starting at $1.49), cocktails, martinis and more; we’re getting hungry just thinking about it.
3. THE ORIGINAL DENVER
Have you brunched at The Original yet?
We can’t think of a better way to “detox while we retox” than with their boundless bubbly and some of our favorite brunch classics. Whether you’re in the mood for avocado toast or glazed doughnut sliders – their menu is sure to have something for everyone.

4. LINGER
Do you have to let it Linger?
The answer is always YES! For those looking for an adventurous take on brunch bites, you’ll have your choice of Wagyu sliders, donut holes, steamed bao buns, churro French toast that’s sure to leave you coming back for more. Don’t forget about the mimosas!
5. THE CORNER OFFICE
For those in need of a good old-fashioned brunch, The Corner Office is just what the doctor ordered this New Year’s Day. With a seriously stacked brunch menu – featuring some old and new favorites, brunch libations, bottomless mimosas and more; can you say #BrunchVibes.
6. BIGSBY FOLLY
Up next is another Denver Ear favorite, Bigsbys Folly.
This New Years Day they are serving up their delicious à la carte menu that’s perfect for those looking for some wine and charcuterie vibes. If you need us we’ll be daydreaming about their burrata.
7. ROSENBERG’S
While we admit we’re slightly obsessed with Rosenberg’s Bagels, we can’t think of a better way to recover on New Year’s Day than with one of their incredible bagel sandwiches. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a bagel or two at one of their locations or at home, you can have it your way!

8. WOODIE FISHER
Next on our list is another Denver Ear staple, Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar.
Did we mention their brunch is out of this world? With options like lavender French toast, brunch fried rice (amazing), Alaskan King Crab Benedict, brunch drinks and more; it’s easy to see what makes this brunch an absolute must.
Psst… we’d highly recommend a mimosa carafe (or two).
9. NARRATIVE.
Rounding out of list of yummy goodness is narrative.
We are absolutely obsessed with their brunch menu and can’t think of a better way to kick off the new year than with their phenomenal blueberry crunch pancakes. While that may be our personal favorite, they’re also serving up some incredible breaky plates, elevated toast(s), cocktails and more.
