THE CONCEPT
Redeemer Pizza is the brainchild of Chefs Spencer White and Alex Figura, the amazing chefs behind another Denver favorite Dio Mio, that’s serving up New York Style pies and slices that you’ve got to try.
You may be asking yourself, what makes Redeemer Pizza so unique?
We’ve got 4 words for you: naturally leavened (aka naturally fermented) sourdough pizza. This is what gives Redeemer Pizza their unique, perfectly crispy, and never floppy slices. Aside from some seriously delicious crust they also aim to use fresh and locally sources ingredients that really help take their pizza to the next level. Can you say #PizzaGoals?
With plans to open in RiNo sometime in Spring 2021, Redeemer is definitely one you’ll want to add to your list.
PIZZA POP-UPS

Following up a highly successful and sold-out debut in January, Redeemer Pizza is back with 3 more pop-up events this January and February.
