These Colorado resorts offer an unusual spin on a daytime favorite where you can extend your time on the mountain, get a unique view of the snow-covered town and enjoy often freshly groomed runs under the moon.
Night Skiing in Colorado
Keystone offers the longest ski day in all of Colorado! During weekends and peak holidays, they offer a “ski late ‘til 8” on multiple lighted trails. Depending on the night, take the River Run Gondola or the Peru express to ride down about 15 lighted runs. Be sure not to miss the sunset from the summit for an unforgettable experience. If you need a moment to warm up, stop inside of the Summit House for hot cocoa.

Night skiing map & Schedule
Hop on the Christie Peak Express high-speed chairlift to experience five trails on Steamboat mountain including Sitz, See Me, Vogue, Stampede and Lil’ Rodeo. Steamboat offers 1,100 vertical feet of terrain under the stars with all levels of skiing and riding available. Operating days and hours vary between December – March.
Copper Mountain offers a Moonlight Dine & Ski. Starting on the American Eagle chairlift, guests enjoy an hour of nighttime slopes, then live music, drinks dinner, and dessert. The nighttime runs are open exclusively to dining guests. Adult guests over 21 years old will receive two complimentary cocktails. Be sure to book in advance, dates are limited! Moonlight tours are offered January, February, and March.
Not only is Echo Mountain back open for the 2018/2019 season, but they also offer night skiing! Itching to take some turns after working in Denver? Echo Mountain is Denver’s Closest and most affordable mountain! Echo offers night skiing Tuesday through Saturday.
For just $15 dollars you can ski under the stars at Grandy Ranch on 4 different nights. Grandy Ranch is located just 90 minutes west of Denver.
