The 34th Annual A Taste of Colorado festival is a four-day, free admission, music, food, shopping and family fun event. More than 500,000 visitors will celebrate Labor Day Weekend at the region’s largest free music festival, while enjoying cuisine from over 50 restaurants and food establishments, diverse musical acts performing on six stages, and shopping at nearly 300 different artisan booths. Attendees of all ages will have no shortage of activities and tastes to enjoy.

This year, the musical lineup includes: Five for Fighting, Amzy, Potcheen, AJR, Rick Springfield, Kongos, and many more. Additionally, KidZone, presented by MIX100, is a family-friendly area offering free activities for children of all ages. The KidzStage has music, dance, magicians, and comedy.

City of Westminster will be hosting its Friday, Outdoor Movies In the Park event with a special screening of Finding Dory. Enjoy watching this family-friendly film on a 24′ screen under the stars. Food vendors and pre-movie activities begin at 7pm. Movie begins at dusk. Bring your blanket or lawn chairs.

Colorado Railroad Museum is celebrating the 37th Annual National Narrow Gauge Convention by offering rides behind a historic narrow gauge steam locomotive.

Saturday Steam Up allows you to ride behind Denver & Rio Grande Western Steam Locomotive No. 491, the largest operating narrow gauge locomotive in service. Guests also have the unique opportunity to purchase private ride tickets for the recently restored D&RGW Business Car No. B-8.
