There is a little new gem in the Hilltop neighborhood that you should know about…On April 1st 2015, The Crumb Cafe joined the Hilltop neighborhood!
I recently learnt about the Crumb Cafe from a friend, and I enjoyed it so much that I sat down with CFO, Sean Moore, to learn more about this great cafe in order to share it with you all.
The Crumb Cafe is a sister company to the Cake Crumbs bakery in Stapleton and The Denver Cupcake Truck. “Everything is made from scratch,” said Moore. “We also have gluten-free cupcakes, cakes, savory items and even a gluten-free naked burrito.”
I asked him what his personal favorite item on the menu was, “the Pistachio cupcake, which is made with amaretto buttercream and chocolate chips, but our number one seller is the egg and cheese sandwich’, answered Moore confidently.
Don’t let the name fool you, even though their cakes and cupcakes are absolutely divine, (I tried the Zippy Lemon cake), they also serve all day breakfast and lunch.
Their cafe is open 7 days a week from 6am – 8pm.
