Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs started off as a sidewalk food cart in Downtown Denver by Jim Pittenger (aka Biker Jim). After Pittenger’s hot dogs became so popular, he started to open more and more food carts around town, until eventually it was time to open a brick-and-mortar location.
At Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs, you can expect to find traditional hot dogs, speciality hot dogs, such as the bacon wrapped hot dog, and not-so-traditional hot dogs made from elk, veal, buffalo, reindeer, pheasant and more.

Boney’s Barbeque Smokehouse

Boney’s Barbeque Smokehouse‘s recipes have been gathered over six generations and across three families with strong roots in the south and its tradition of BBQ and soul food restaurants. Their barbecue pit menu offers items such as St. Louis style ribs, fried okra and green beans, to Southern fried chicken with cole-slaw, baked beans and cornbread, to Hickory smoked BBQ wings, collard greens and Mac n’ Cheese.

Hapa Sushi Grill & Saki Bar

Hapa Sushi Grill & Saki Bar is Hawaiian for a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures. Their food, like their name, reflects this dynamic combination of East and West. Traditional Japanese fare is altered and amplified to create a unique cuisine.

Little India offers fresh and authentic Indian cuisine that has become a Denver favorite. Their spices are imported exclusively from India and slow roasted in-house to make all their spice blends and marinades. The naan breads are prepared in a custom-made Indian tandoor or clay oven, which lends an authentic flavor, that is difficult if not impossible to reproduce in conventional ovens.
Los Tacos Famous Taqueria

Los Tacos Famous Taqueria is a family-owned and operated eatery that serves authentic and flavorful Mexican cuisine.
Their signature taco is named, the “Famous” Taco, and it’s title is well-deserved. It is made with two warm fresh grilled corn tortillas, melted cheese, tender whole pinto beans, your choice of freshly prepared fillings such as Carne Asada, Pollo, Carnitas, Chorizo, Pescado, Lengua, or Diablo Shrimp. The taco is then topped off with in-house Pico, and if you order the “loaded” option, they add sour cream and freshly mashed avocado.

Marrakech Grill is a Middle-Eastern restaurant located in the University Hills neighborhood, that specializes in mediterranean cuisine. Dishes include falafel, hummus, kabobs, shawarma, pita breads and more.
Mici Handcrafted Italian

Mici Handcrafted Italian is a family-owned and family-recipe inspired restaurant that has expanded to four locations in Denver and the Denver Metro area, that offers casual and authentic Italian cuisine. Mici’s name is an abbreviated form of the family’s name: “Miceli”.
Their pizza dough is made fresh, shaped by hand and baked directly on a stone deck oven. Pasta sauces take hours to prepare and simmer, their meatballs are individually hand-rolled, and the ingredients they use are fresh.

Onefold serves brunches all day and focuses on making homestyle foods with as few ingredients as possible. Their dishes are inspired by family recipes, and all of their dishes are non-GMO, with an emphasis on local and organic ingredients when possible.
